Dr. Regina Masters

Dr. Masters has dedicated decades of her personal, academic and professional life to the care of pets. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and Chi University. She continues to stay abreast of new medical knowledge and therapies and continues to pursue additional educational opportunities. Her passion in the field is focused on geriatric medicine and endocrinology, as well as limiting patient stress during veterinary exams and treatments.

She and her family live on a farm where they enjoy a garden every Spring, lots of fresh air, sneak peaks of wildlife, free-range kitties and the happiest beastie of the canine variety.

Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn became a pet nurse because, from a young age, she felt a deep connection with animals and a calling to care for them. There’s something truly special about the unconditional love animals give, and she knew she wanted to give back in the most meaningful ways she could. After studying animal sciences at the University of Tennessee at Martin and obtaining her bachelor’s in agriculture, she was ready to start her journey.

As a pet nurse, she is incredibly grateful to play a hands-on role in supporting both pets and their families through every stage of care—from excited puppy checkups to tender senior visits. Whether it’s helping soothe a nervous pet during a visit, or offering comfort to worried owners, she takes pride in being part of a compassionate team that treats every animal as if they were our own. It’s more than just a job—it’s her passion and her heart.

In her off time Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and Scentwork training with her Australian Shepherd, Rhett!

Amber

Amber has been a pet nurse for more than fifteen years. She is very passionate about helping animals in any way she can, and she has a special place in her heart for miniature Schnauzers. Outside of my profession service to pets, she also volunteers with Rutherford County Cat Rescue as a foster.

Amber is married and has two adult children. Her household includes four dogs that keep them on their toes. In her free time, Amber enjoys fishing, kayaking, going to craft fairs and playing video games.

Shelby

Shelby is an experienced pet nurse, customer service representative, and marketing manager. She tends to wear many hats, wherever she goes! While she grew up in the military, she considers Tennessee home. She graduated from Oakland High School then received a bachelor’s degree at UT Knoxville in Electronic Media.

After years in the marketing world, she realized her passion really lies in helping animals, which is where she has been for the last 2 years. She has always felt a deep connection to them and a strong desire to advocate for those who can’t speak for themselves.

Shelby’s favorite part of the job is building relationships with our clients—both the parents and their furry friends—and getting in a cuddle or two with their pet!

While she is only the parent of one cat, a ragamuffin named Jasper, she also helps care for her parents’ zoo of pets. Shelby is currently helping them train Ginny, a 10-month-old wild child (Great Dane). She also enjoys reading, pilates, drag queen shows, and vacations to the Great Smoky Mountains.
